一、產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介Product Profile 1 專(zhuān)為圓形產(chǎn)品印刷而設計,主要適用于軟管、瓶蓋、離心管、膏霜罐的等圓形制品，并可實(shí)現部分制品的多色印刷及精確套色。 2 主傳動(dòng)采用歐洲名牌傳動(dòng)器材，輔以高速精密間隙分割器，實(shí)現部分精確分度傳動(dòng)，使整機運行平穩可靠，印刷速度高達3000-4800pcs/hr 3 整機控制采用國際名品PLC控制及設置簡(jiǎn)便快捷的觸摸屏操作，輕易實(shí)現人機對話(huà)，操作更加得心應手。 4 油墨固化可采用電子式紫外線(xiàn)固化或紅外線(xiàn)干燥，在保證性能穩定和節省電能的情況下，可獲得更加優(yōu)秀的固化效果。 5 具有離子風(fēng)除塵、無(wú)件不印刷、氣壓過(guò)低報警、廢料/錯料等自動(dòng)報警自動(dòng)檢測功能。 6 全自動(dòng)上料系統與卸料機械手裝置確保了印刷的連續與穩定，也盡可能避免了在印刷過(guò)程中造成承印物表面的刮傷，更加保障了作業(yè)員的安全操作。
